I really like this series. Spanish 101 lets you build a decent size set of useful vocabulary. Im glad it focuses on common and practical terms rather than cluttering it with words you would seldom use.

The method of learning is fantastic. Its designed to keep you from getting bored by providing a set of different learning tools.
The multiple choice quiz tends to be the easy one and I always start with that. The puzzle game is the most fun and really
does a good job of locking words into your memory. The write in is the hardest but the one that verifies that you learned it.

The priority feature is a smart idea. You can filter out words and phrases that you have already learned, so they dont show up in the quizes. By adjusting the priority threshold you can either focus on the difficult parts or review the entire set.

The inclusion of audio pronunciation by a native speaker is so important. I think its much better than synthesized speech. This is one of the best foreign language applications Ive ever used.
